Hiatus is seeking a Reservation Concierge to be the first point of contact for guests, handling calls, emails, and inquiries with warmth and professionalism.

The hybrid role lets you work from home with a provided headset while using your own laptop or PC. You will manage appointments, share service information, and collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience at our Texas-based spa network.

Position Overview

The Reservation Concierge (RC) is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and supportive experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with grace and professionalism. This is a hybrid role that will entail working from home using your own laptop orPC and headset. A phone will be provided.

This position reports to the Director of Operations and the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
