The Reservations and Housekeeping Manager (RHM) will interact with guests and corporate partners visiting River & Twine, the tiny home hotel at Rocky Mount Mills. The RHM will oversee housekeeping duties and staff to ensure all homes are guest-ready.

Job Title: Reservations and Housekeeping Manager
Location: Rocky Mount Mills
Division: Real Estate
Reports To: General Manager

Key Responsibilities and Functions
- Manage bookings via ResNexus, negotiate group blocks and reservations.
- Ensure maintenance requests are addressed by property management.
- Respond to reservation inquiries via website and phone.
- Handle guest requests, including after-hours via rotating schedule.
- Lead, hire, and train housekeeping staff to meet standards.
- Prepare monthly reservation and vacancy reports.
- Manage housekeeping schedules and inspect rooms post-cleaning.
- Ensure rooms are ready before check-in and support housekeeping as needed.
- Communicate delays or issues to management.
- Schedule deep cleans monthly.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years experience in hospitality and housekeeping.
- Willingness to work weekends on a rotating basis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in property management, vacation rentals, or hotels.
- Experience with reservation platforms.
- Background in customer service.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field.
Physical Demands
- Walking and standing for extended periods.
- Working in tight spaces and all weather conditions.
- Climbing stairs or ladders.
Work Conditions
- Outdoor environment with homes in pods.
- Small team, with occasional tasks outside usual scope.
