Hilton's iconic Hotel del Coronado in Coronado, CA is seeking a Reservation Agent to join our guest‑focused team. You will handle inquiries, convert them into bookings for rooms, dining, events and spa, and help deliver memorable stays.

This full‑time on‑site role requires flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends and holidays. You’ll work with sales and front desk to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction, using proactive selling techniques and precise records.

Job Description The iconic Hotel del Coronado is looking for a Reservation Agent to join the team ! Join one of the last surviving wooden Victorian beach resorts in the world and after a $400M renovation and expansion, the resort is more stunning than ever. Located on Coronado Island just minutes from Downtown San Diego, this 28-acre property was built in 1888 and has over 750 rooms, cottages, and villas with 65,000 square feet of banquet space, and 10 food and beverage outlets. Classification: Full-Time

Shift: Various – must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Union Position: This position is part of the Local Union which requires complete open availability. We are not able to accommodate schedule restrictions and full-time hours are not guaranteed. Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established. You must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week.
