Hilton's Hotel del Coronado on Coronado Island seeks an Inventory Specialist to support procurement, storekeeping, and control of materials for a premier seaside resort. You will verify deliveries, maintain stock levels, and process invoices to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement operations: Assist with purchasing materials and supplies, researching prices, and ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and procedures
• Process and verify deliveries: Accept all purchased products, ensuring accuracy by checking deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, and specifications
• Fulfill requisitions: Issue and deliver items to departments as requested, maintaining appropriate stock levels and notifying supervisors of low or out-of-stock items
• Process invoices: Receive and process invoices, verify accuracy, scan documents, and follow up on discrepancies to ensure timely payment
• Assist with inventory tracking: Conduct routine inventories, input received merchandise into tracking systems, and report shortages or discrepancies

The iconic Hotel del Coronadois looking for a Retail Inventory Specialistto join the team! Join one of the last surviving wooden Victorian beach resorts in the world and after a $400M renovation and expansion, the resort is more stunning than ever.

Located on Coronado Island just minutes from Downtown San Diego, this 28-acre property was built in 1888 and has over 750 rooms, cottages, and villas with 65,000 square feet of banquet space, and 10 food and beverage outlets. This includes 4 restaurants, 2 bars, a food truck, marketplace, ice cream shop, and in-room dining.
