Job summary

EOS Hospitality is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Reservations Agent in Conway, SC. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, reservations, and guiding guests from inquiry to arrival.

Responsibilities include managing reservations in the PMS, upselling resort packages and services, and coordinating with housekeeping and staff to ensure smooth guest experiences. Weekend/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism-related education is a plus.
• Previous experience in reservations, front desk operations, or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with property management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, friendly demeanor and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
• Knowledge of the local area is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

• Resolve guest concerns and handle special requests promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with resort staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and site assignments
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding site readiness
• Process reservation payments and maintain accurate guest and financial records
• Monitor availability and support occupancy goals through reservation management
• Prepare daily reservation and occupancy reports
• Promote resort packages, seasonal specials, and additional services
• Upsell amenities such as golf cart rentals, guided tours, and extended stays
