Southernbridgegroup is seeking motivated Reservation Services Coordinators to join our growing remote team. You will help clients research and compare vacation options, communicate clearly, and coordinate reservations with attention to detail.

This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and access to industry booking tools. Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, and able to work independently while building lasting relationships with clients.

Formación

• Must be 18+ years old and reside in an eligible U.S. state.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Strong computer and internet aptitude.

Responsabilidades

• Research and compare destination, accommodation, cruise and vacation options.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the planning and reservation process.
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate customer information.
• Communicate reservation details, policies, deadlines, and updates.
• Respond to questions via phone, email, text, or online chat.
• Follow up with customers before and after reservations.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.

Qualifications
