Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a fast-paced team. You will focus on reservation placement, equipment distribution, and balancing regional inventory while delivering outstanding customer service.

Under the Traffic Control Manager’s direction, you will support customers, field teams, and U-Haul dealerships, ensuring accurate reservations and efficient operations. Growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficient with office equipment, including multiline phones, Word, and email.
• Demonstrated customer service, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers and coordinate reservations.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management, directing equipment to meet demand.
• Review reports to ensure accurate equipment availability and reservation contracts.
• Assist with the U-Box portable storage product as needed.

Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
