Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent who thrives in a team environment and delivers outstanding customer service. This role supports customers, field teams, and dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution in a fast-paced setting.

Under the Traffic Control Manager, you will review reports and assist with equipment availability, reservations, and contracts to ensure accurate and timely service. U-Haul also supports U-Box reservations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic office equipment and software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory.
• Support U-Box portable storage product as needed.

Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
