U-Haul International, Inc. in Tukwila, Washington is seeking a Reservations Manager Agent to join a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.

You will support customers, field teams and U-Haul dealerships with reservation placement and equipment distribution. Under the Traffic Control Manager, you will review reports, balance regional inventory, assist with U-Box, and ensure accurate reservations and contracts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Since 1945, U-Haul has been serving do-it-yourself movers and their households. Like many other successful ventures, the concept for U-Haul was generated out of need.
