Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent who thrives in a team environment and delivers outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting. Under the Traffic Control Manager, you will support customers, field teams, and dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution to balance regional inventory levels.

You will review reports, assist with calls, and help manage U-Box storage products, aiming for accurate reservations and dependable service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Pay Range is: $16 - $18 Hourly

Since 1945, U-Haul has been serving do-it-yourself movers and their households. Like many other successful ventures, the concept for U-Haul was generated out of need.
