U-Haul International, Inc. in Easton, MD is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to support customers, field teams and dealerships with reservations and equipment distribution. You will help balance regional inventory to meet demand and direct incoming equipment where it is needed most.

The role requires teamwork, outstanding customer service, and a results-driven approach in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and basic office skills are essential, with prior customer service

Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities:

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.

Pay Range is: $17 - $19 Hourly

Since 1945, U-Haul has been serving do-it-yourself movers and their households. Like many other successful ventures, the concept for U-Haul was generated out of need.
