Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers and support field team members.
• Help with equipment reservation management and placement to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports to aid in effective equipment placement, reservations and contracts.
