Hilton Park Cities in Dallas is seeking a Reservation Coordinator to manage guestroom reservations with accuracy and exceptional service. You will work with guests, sales, and operations to ensure bookings align with brand standards and revenue goals.
Responsibilities include processing reservations across channels, managing group blocks, and collaborating with Revenue, Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping to deliver a seamless guest experience. Weekend/holiday flexibility is required.

The Reservation Coordinator is responsible for managing guestroom reservations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional guest service. This role ensures all reservations—individual, group, and corporate—are processed in alignment with Hilton brand standards and revenue management strategies. The Reservation Coordinator serves as a key point of contact between guests, sales, and hotel operations, ensuring that every booking contributes to an outstanding guest experience.
