Ideal candidates have been top performers in their previous roles and are excited to create a memorable experience for guests at Firefall Ranch and Rush Creek and Evergreen Lodges. Our reservationists are responsible for securing lodging for guests, assisting with bookings and activities, addressing billing questions or issues, supporting the online store, and answering questions about the local area. Candidates should have extensive computer knowledge, multi-tasking skills and front desk/reservations and/or related guest service experience.
