JayWay Travel is seeking a Reservation Agent who is highly organized and energized by travel logistics. You’ll handle hotel, flight, and car bookings and ensure every detail aligns with client preferences for dream trips.

In this remote role, you’ll coordinate payments, liaise with our Finance Team, verify invoices, and support the Trip Planner Team with research and bookings. You’ll troubleshoot issues to keep experiences seamless.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required for client communications and coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and time management are essential for handling multiple bookings.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in planning trips (professional or personal) is valued.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Make and manage hotel, flight, and car rental bookings for clients.
• Coordinate payments and liaise with Finance to ensure accuracy.
• Review and verify invoices from providers and flag discrepancies.
• Handle special requests and urgent situations with providers via email or phone.
• Be the go-to person for the Trip Planner Team—booking support, research, and double-checking details.
