Position Overview: The Reservation Agent is responsible for booking guest reservations, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service in a courteous and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

1. Answer all incoming reservation calls professionally.
2. Accurately input reservations into the computer system.
3. Respond to inquiries about room rates, outlets, locations, and promotions.
4. Handle guest special requests professionally.
5. Maintain accurate records and reports.
6. Resolve guest service issues promptly.
7. Adhere to health, safety, and company policies.
8. Attend scheduled meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
