Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a dynamic team and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, you will support customers, field teams, and U-Haul dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution.

You will review reports to optimize equipment availability, balance regional inventory, and assist with the U-Box portable storage product while handling inquiries by phone and email.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status to balance regional market inventory.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts to support availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Minimum Qualifications
