Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will support customers and field teams with equipment reservations and placement, coordinating inventory across regional markets to meet demand, and assisting with U-Box portable storage products.

The role emphasizes service quality, teamwork, and adapting to daily changes while contributing to a dynamic operation within U-Haul.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in customer service and multitasking.
• Experience with office equipment and Word/email.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing customers to areas based on demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts to maintain availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
