Premier Infrastructure & Energy seeks a motivated Researcher/Video Auditor to ensure quality and reliability in field operations. The role involves reviewing videos from utility locators to verify locations using landmarks and proper site markings, with after-hours on-call rotations.

Office-based, anchored in Brooklyn, NY, the position supports 811 ticket processing, providing maps/records to technicians, and coordinating workload distribution while maintaining client standards and safety

Responsabilités

• Process 811 Tickets for Underground Utilities and organize related maps/records.
• Provide Maps & Records to Field Technicians as needed.
• Assist Field Operations with special requests and prioritize workloads.
• Coordinate distribution of work volume and notify utilities of critical facilities.
• Review videos to ensure field work aligns with standards and compliance.
• Use audit program to answer questions for each video audit.
• Meet weekly audit production targets to satisfy client requirements.
• Be available for after-hours on-call rotations.

Our Researcher/Video Auditor role is crucial to ensure that all company procedures, client standards and safety processes are followed. In this role, the Researcher/Video Auditor will review video taken by our Utility Locators to confirm work location by use of landmarks and ensure proper markings are left at work sites.

Responsibilities:

• Processing 811 Tickets for Underground Utilities
• Providing Maps & Records to Field Technicians
• Assisting Field Operations with Special Requests
• Coordinating & Prioritizing Distribution of Work Volume
• Notifying Utility Companies of Critical Facilities
• Review all videos to ensure our field work stays in compliance with the business standards.
• Utilize our audit program to answer relevant questions for each video audit performed.
• Meet weekly audit production to ensure the company meets our client requirements.
• After hours on-call rotations.
