Position Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Research Technician.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform advanced laboratory duties under general supervision and more complex tasks under direct supervision.
2. Assist senior and supervisory technicians in all procedures.
3. Coordinate repair and preventive maintenance of lab equipment.
4. Assist in experiments using established protocols and record results.
5. Develop and implement new procedures and protocols to support experiments.
6. Maintain and update technical knowledge.
7. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, maintaining confidentiality.
8. Recognize and address problems, seeking guidance when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's of Science Degree in Life Sciences or a related field with one year of experience, or advanced training in lieu of experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $50,000.00 - $54,999.99 annually, depending on experience, education, and other factors. This range does not include bonuses or additional compensation.
