Assist the Bradley lab in implementing and executing research projects in molecular microbiology, microbial genomics, and the microbiome; performs laboratory techniques including, but not limited to: anaerobic microbiology (in prokaryotes), and high-throughput phenotyping; performs data acquisition, reduction, and analysis; assists principal investigator in reaching goals of research projects as assigned; implements test controls and research standards in order to meet project goals; conducts assigned analysis of pertinent library research; maintains laboratory equipment and supplies; assist with oversight of undergraduate researchers.
Required: High School Diploma or GED. One year of experience working in a microbial genomics lab.
Desired: Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology or related field.

The pay range for this job profile is $15.86 - $20.74. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, the unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
