Qualifikationen

• Mammalian cell culture is a core responsibility.
• DNA/RNA extraction and PCR methods are used routinely.
• Protein detection and signaling analyses are performed.
• Flow cytometry for immune profiling is conducted.

• Mice handling includes colony maintenance and genotyping.
• Basic experimental design and data collection skills.
• Training and supervision of new staff and students.

• Mammalian cell culture and maintenance of cell lines.

• Protein detection/quantification and signaling studies.
• Mouse colony care, treatments, breeding, and genotyping.
• Histology sample preparation and processing.
• Microscopy imaging including confocal and TEM.
• Flow cytometry with multi-channel FACS analysis.
• Present findings at scientific meetings.
• Administrative duties: notes, purchasing, inventory, protocol submissions, lab organization.
• Training and supervision of technicians and students.
