Job summary

Georgetown University seeks a research-focused professional to perform independent studies under the supervision of Dr. Alimperti on the Hilltop Campus. You will collaborate with students and postdocs in the Alimperti lab to advance ongoing projects in chemistry/biochemistry related fields.

The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field, familiarity with molecular biology, and at least 1 year of experience, and is designated as on-campus work.

Work Interactions

The individual will perform independent research and report to Dr. Alimperti. The individual will work and collaborate with students/postdocs at the Alimperti lab.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A Bachelor or master degree in a related field such as chemistry, pharmacology, biochemistry, and medicine, is required

Pay Range

The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $18.40 - $27.33

Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University’s business needs and external factors.
