The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking a temporary Research Technician for the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. This role involves supporting research projects through laboratory tasks, ensuring adherence to established protocols, and maintaining accurate records. Position Summary
The UNC Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine is seeking a temporary Research Technician to work in the McLendon Laboratories at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The successful candidate will support various research projects by performing a range of laboratory tasks, including sample and reagent preparation, conducting experiments, and maintaining laboratory equipment. The position will follow established protocols, operate laboratory equipment and maintain accurate records.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.

Research laboratory experience.

Previous research experience with Metabolomics and Clinical Assay Center ( MCAC ) at UNC
