Job summary

Kemin Industries in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Research Technician to support laboratory testing, product development, and quality initiatives. This role is onsite at our World Headquarters and runs Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

The ideal candidate will have strong bench chemistry skills, experience with analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

• Associate's Degree with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Motivated, reliable, and self-sufficient with safety awareness.

This role performs routine laboratory and stability testing, prototype evaluations, validation support, and technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong bench chemistry skills, experience operating analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance.
