Job summary

University of Kansas Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Research System Support Administrator to provide end-user support for the university’s research administration systems. This role will manage records, support data quality, and assist staff in data entry and routine data management for clinical studies.

The position also involves training, creating reports, staying compliant with regulatory guidelines, and collaborating with system owners and vendors to continuously improve data

Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in an academic or health-related research environment; education may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user training for research systems.
• Develop and maintain reports for end users and quality checks.
• Troubleshoot software issues and coordinate vendor interventions.
• Create and maintain folders and records for clinical studies and projects.
• Assist in SOP development and user manuals for clinical information management systems.
