JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The Children's Eating Behavior Laboratory under the direction of Dr. Kathleen L. Keller in the Department of Nutritional Sciences is seeking an applicant who is motivated and detail-oriented. A student or recent graduate who can work independently would quality for this part-time research support position.

The main duty is to process data collected as part of several longitudinal studies with children. This role will provide hands‑on experience working with behavioral data collection and processing of physiological, neurobiological, and behavioral data.

Candidates are encouraged to have undergraduate or graduate-level coursework or experience in biobehavioral health, psychology, nutrition, neurobiology, or related topics, as well as strong attention to detail and the ability to work well with a team and with multiple types of data.

BACKGROUND CHECKS/CLEARANCES

This position requires the following clearances in addition to applicable background checks: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check.
