Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience and training.
  • Ability to perform research and experiments according to prescribed protocols.
  • Ability to prepare primary neuronal cultures from embryonic rat and mouse brains.
  • Ability to maintain mammalian cell lines.
  • Experience or ability to perform biochemical analyses such as western blot.
  • Experience or ability to perform immunofluorescent labeling.
  • Ability to work with potentially hazardous agents with proper precautions.

Requirements
