Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering management or leading research software teams.
• Experience building scalable software for research or academia.
• Strong background in cloud deployment and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead an internal engineering team across research initiatives and set software development standards.
• Mentor engineers, plan projects with partners, and oversee code reviews and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with faculty, researchers, students, and external partners to advance data science research.
