Qualifications

• 7+ years in related software engineering fields.
• 5+ years full-cycle software development experience.
• 2-3 years leading cross-functional software teams.
• Agile methodologies experience.
• Domain experience in biomedical informatics.
• Advanced programming in Python, Golang and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise software teams and staffing across projects.
• Define and improve engineering processes for efficiency.
• Oversee strategy, delivery, and timely task completion.
• Provide technical guidance and champion best practices.
• Translate business needs into scalable applications.
