Responsibilities

• Lead one or more engineering teams and supervise staff.
• Define, improve, and manage engineering processes to ensure efficiency.
• Participate in strategy execution and staffing.
• Oversee design and implementation of top priority technical tasks and timely delivery of such tasks.
• Negotiate complex decisions and provide technical leadership across projects.
