Responsibilities

• Advises researchers on CI systems, tools, and software to enable research productivity.
• Partners with researchers to co-create computing capabilities locally and nationally.
• Develops and supports research systems with well-engineered software.
• Maintains CI systems, including storage, clusters, databases, VMs, and networks.
• Collaborates with researchers and IT/Data Center partners to enable workflows.
• Creates best-practice documentation and processes for support requests.
