  • Assist with training and promote awareness of research tools and platforms.
  • Support library and research operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with attorneys, staff, and colleagues across the organization.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive, proprietary, financial, and privileged information.

About the Role

The Research Services Analyst is an integral member of the Research Services team and is responsible for providing legal and business research support to attorneys and business services professionals. This role conducts in-depth research, analyzes findings, and delivers actionable intelligence using a variety of electronic and print resources. This position is based in Houston and may offer a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct legal and non-legal research using electronic and print research resources.
  • Analyze and synthesize research findings to ensure relevance and responsiveness to specific requests
  • Monitor business, industry, legal, and market news sources for developments affecting clients, industries, and practice areas.
  • Utilize news aggregation and research platforms to compile and distribute relevant information.
