- Independently design and conduct research following supervisor guidance.
- Troubleshoot and adapt experimental protocols to project needs.
- Assist in developing proposals and writing grants.
- Analyze data and prepare manuscripts and figures for publications.
- Write manuscripts and disseminate research findings.
- Mentor student researchers in methods and procedures.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and lab records.
