Candidates should have an MD and/or PhD, with ABIM certification in Geriatrics and/or Palliative Medicine or board-eligible after a relevant fellowship. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellence in patient-oriented or aging biology research, teaching, and mentoring, and have extramural funding or career development awards

• Evidence of excellence in patient-oriented or aging biology research.

Responsibilities

• Pursue extramural funding and develop an independent aging research program.
• Teach and mentor in an academic setting.
• Conduct patient-oriented or biology of aging research and translate findings into practice.
