Candidates should be ABIM certified in Geriatrics and/or Palliative Medicine or ABIM board-eligible after fellowship training, with demonstrated competence in clinical geriatrics and teaching.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be ABIM certified in Geriatrics and/or Palliative Medicine or ABIM board-eligible for Geriatrics or Palliative Medicine by having completed a Geriatrics and/or Palliative Medicine fellowship.
• Demonstrated competence in the practice and teaching of clinical geriatrics.
• Appointment at the level of Assistant, Associate or full Professor of Medicine in the clinical or clinical X series.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in ambulatory, nursing home, inpatient and/or home-based settings.
• Join an interprofessional team in providing comprehensive geriatric care.
• Teach trainees in geriatrics and related fields.
