Qualifications

• PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry, chemistry or related field.
• 2+ years developing scalable NGS workflows in pharma/biotech.
• Experience designing customized library preps across Illumina/ONT.
• Strong bioinformatics knowledge and ability to build pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize high-throughput sequencing library prep methods.
• Manage project timeline and leverage internal resources to push project forward.
• Generate, analyze, interpret and present data to a broader team.
• Closely communicate with other teams to ensure smooth tech transfer.
