Qualifications

• 3+ years SAS or SQL programming experience in healthcare data.
• Experience with administrative pharmacy/medical claims data.
• Ability to work in remote/hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Import, transform, merge, and validate data to create analytic-ready datasets using SQL and/or SAS.
• Perform descriptive and basic statistical analysis on large patient and claims databases to execute analysis plans.
• Independently develop and troubleshoot code, resolve data issues, and contribute to proposals, budgets, and analysis plans.

Job description

• You will join the Evidence & Strategy practice, focusing on value-based assessments, evidence generation, and quantitative/qualitative studies.
• Your work will support pharmaceutical, managed care, and provider clients through legislative strategy, regulatory analysis, and quantitative modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Import, transform, merge, and validate data to create analytic-ready datasets using SQL and/or SAS.
• Perform descriptive and basic statistical analysis on large patient and claims databases to execute analysis plans.
• Independently develop and troubleshoot code, resolve data issues, and contribute to proposals, budgets, and analysis plans.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS or higher in computer science, economics, statistics, data science, epidemiology, or related field.
• 3+ years of SAS or SQL programming experience and experience with administrative pharmacy/medical claims databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to accuracy, and comfort working in a remote/hybrid environment.
