Job summary

ChipAgents is seeking a Research Scientist to advance AI-enabled electronic design automation. You will train large language models, build agentic systems, and accelerate RTL design and verification with practical AI workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, ML, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong background in LLMs, deep learning, and modern ML frameworks.
• Experience with AI agent architectures and multi-agent workflows.
• Familiarity with RTL design, EDA tools, or hardware-software co-design is a plus.
• Strong Python programming and scale training infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct AI/ML research for AI-assisted EDA workflows.
• Train and deploy large language models at scale for production use.
• Design and benchmark agent systems with state-of-the-art LLMs.
• Translate research into production-ready features for hardware teams.
• Collaborate across teams to identify impactful research directions.
• Publish findings and contribute to AI/EDA research communities.
