Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a PhD in CS, CE, EE, Physics or Math or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant industrial and academic experience preferred.
• Experience in systems and network design for AI or HPC infrastructure and/or applying AI/ML to systems or networking problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative network architectures, algorithms, and hardware/software co-design for high-performance interconnects and distributed AI systems.
• Create and evaluate AI/ML-based mechanisms for routing, traffic engineering, and scheduling in large GPU/accelerator clusters.
• Invent techniques and devices to enable new products or product types.
• Deliver prototypes, patents, publications, and measurable product impact.
• Collaborate with external researchers to foster mutually beneficial work.
