Michigan State University is seeking a Research Assistant I to lead and coordinate day-to-day recruitment operations to support study enrollment goals. The role involves eligibility screenings, participant communication, and coordinating outreach, social media ads, and large-scale mailings.

The position also supports recruitment data management and IRB revisions, working with PIs, staff, and the data manager to implement strategies and maintain recruitment progress.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of study recruitment methods and participant eligibility screening
• Experience with coordinating recruitment campaigns and materials
• Familiarity with data management and basic statistical software
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
