The position involves development of study materials, regulatory documents, and participation in grant proposal processes, budget monitoring, and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4–6 years related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with 1–3 years related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research activities for large or multi-site projects.
• Mentor and supervise staff in research activities.
• Develop study and regulatory materials and protocols.
• Monitor compliance with protocols and policies.
• Assist with grant proposals and process improvement activities.
• Oversee budgeting and expenditures related to projects.
