MarketOnce is seeking multiple Research Project Managers to support our Consulting, Corporate, Private Equity, and Market Research teams. The role oversees the full lifecycle of market research projects, including fielding, client updates, and quality control, while juggling multiple projects to deliver results.

The position is fully onsite with hubs in Denver, Boston, Cincinnati, and beyond. We offer a competitive base salary of $76,000–$95,000 per year, comprehensive health, vision and dental

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of project management experience, preferably in market research.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing circumstances.
• Team collaboration and leadership to coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall flow and execution of projects, ensuring timelines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
• Own individual projects from handoff at time of win to invoicing; lead client calls on process.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep clients informed with daily updates.
• Perform quality checks, manage fielding via internal and external samples, and reconcile projects for invoicing.
