Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Knowledge of grant requirements and health care systems.
• Entry level (less than a year of job-related experience).
• Experience coordinating programs or events from planning through execution is a plus.
• Experience handling confidential records under FERPA, HIPAA, or institutional policy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage research-focused project activities, timelines and calendars.
• Provide support for writing research reports, manuscripts, and grant submissions.
• Serve as liaison between CRTEC, DEI and other cancer center initiatives.
• Organize meetings, agendas, travel, catering and AV logistics; document outcomes.
• Develop and maintain demographic surveys and data dashboards.
