Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
• Experience coordinating projects, programs, or administrative activities in an academic or research environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal development and submission activities, including organizing materials, scheduling writing sessions, and tracking deadlines.
• Assist with coordinating industry pitches, including scheduling and organizing presentation materials.
• Provide calendar and scheduling support to the Principal Investigator.
• Coordinate laboratory supply and equipment orders and maintain laboratory inventory.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate communications and interview scheduling.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
