Job summary

Atrium Health is seeking a full-time Study Coordinator at Wake Forest University Health Sciences in North Carolina. The role involves coordinating NIH-funded clinical studies, recruiting participants, and managing data collection across interviews, neuropsychological testing, blood draws, urine screens, MRI scans, and chart abstraction.

Under supervision, you will work with investigators to track progress, ensure compliance, and perform regulatory duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with two years of clinical research experience or equivalent.
• Experience in coordinating NIH-funded clinical studies preferred.
• SOCRA or ACRP certification preferred; CITI certification required if not on file.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, enroll, and track participants for NIH-funded studies.
• Coordinate data collection including interviews, tests, blood draws, MRI, and records.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate data entry in trial systems.
• Work with investigators to monitor progress and protocol adherence.
