Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Medical Practice Evaluation Center (MPEC) within the Mongan Institute seeks an organized Research Program and Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of domestic and global health equity studies led by Dr. Aima Ahonkhai.

You will manage multiple research projects, coordinate with investigators, and ensure study activities stay on schedule. You will supervise staff, support grant development, ensure regulatory compliance, and represent the program in meetings and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required.
• Experience: Project management experience 2-3 years required.
• Strong project management skills: plan, organize, and execute projects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals across disciplines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and multi-project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple research projects and programs, ensuring timely execution of study activities and deliverables.
• Partner with investigators and leadership to support strategic planning, program development, and operational excellence.
• Supervise, mentor, and support research staff, including onboarding, training, and performance development.
• Oversee study operations, regulatory compliance, project tracking, and research administration activities.
• Support grant development and the preparation of scientific, programmatic, and funder-facing deliverables.
• Represent the program in meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
