Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, neuroscience, biology or social science or quantitative field is preferred.
• Experience on federally-funded research studies and/or pharmaceutical trials is preferred.
• Experience in psychometric instruments and basic working knowledge of computer-based information systems is required.
• Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, policies and procedures is required.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage tracking of all research participants, including recruitment, screening, scheduling, enrolling, and reimbursement.
• Document participant data in research records and manage participant electronic and paper files, including data entry.
• Collect routine clinical psychometric assessments and manage electronic and paper files, including data entry.
• Maintain documentation per IRB and GCP guidelines for research trials.
• Identify and suggest improvements to study procedures and maintain supplies and equipment.
• Conduct study visits after regular hours to accommodate participants’ schedules.
