Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Experience with federally funded studies or pharmaceutical trials preferred.
• Experience with psychometric instruments required.
• Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage tracking of all research participants, including recruitment, screening, scheduling, enrolling, completion of visits, and reimbursement.
• Document participant data and manage electronic and paper files, including data entry.
• Collect routine clinical psychometric assessments and manage electronic and paper files, including data entry.
• Maintain regulatory documentation as required by IRB and Good Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Scrutinize study procedures and suggest changes to procedures as needed.
• Maintain research supplies and equipment.
• Conduct study visits after hours to accommodate participants.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
