The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Center for Advancing Population Science. You will support multiple research units, assist in community and student engagement, data management, and regulatory activities.
This role emphasizes collaboration with faculty and staff, preparation of reports and materials, and maintaining processes while upholding privacy guidelines. Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience required.
Function as Program Coordinator within the Center for Advancing Population Science. Broad job duties include support to one or multiple research units within a center research program. In addition, duties include participating in community engagement, student engagement, regulatory and data management, statistical team support, and administrative organization.
Knowledge of quality control, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management, procedural processes, and recordkeeping. Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Minimum Required Experience: 2 years
Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously.
Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment.
Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.
